PORK ADOBO IN ONIONS.

Hi ! do you know that the word Adobo is derived from the Spanish word "Adobar" na ang ibig sabihin ay "marinade" or "pickling sauce".Ito ay narecord noong 1613 by the Spaniard Pedro de San Buenaventura. Buenaventura listed the viand as adobo de los naturales. At ito ngayon ay tinaguriang pambansang ulam nang mga Pilipino. Ang mga ingredients nito ay garlic,onions,pepper,soy sauce,vinegar,and pork. First you need to saute garlic and onions when the garlic becomes golden brown put the pork with soy sauce. And simmer it until the pork is cooked
